One-box transformer and 0.5ohm load assembly

    Frequency response 10Hz to 250kHz

    Secondary saturation 50A per transformer

    Audio power 2 x 200W

Freely configurable on primary/secondary; serial, parallel, single

    Turns ratio 2:1 step down

    Built-in non-inductive load resistor 0.5ohm, 250W

    Application

CN 200N1 - Single-box transformer assembly for LF conducted immunity testing

The CN 200N1 is a standalone coupling network unifying two audio transformers being individually configurable for various test requirements (e.g. Ford EMC-CS-2009.1, German Lloyd GL VI-7-2 and SAE J1113-2). The CN 200N1 is used to apply the test signals to the lines under test via an audio transformer to perform ripple voltage tests and continuous or transient conducted immunity tests.

    Benefits

CN 200N1 - Fully contained coupling device as per Ford EMC-CS-2009.1

The CN 200N1 is an easy-to-use coupling device consisting of two audio transformers and a 0.5ohm/250watt load resistor configurable as required by Ford EMC-CS-2009.1, Fig. 18-6 for AC ground voltage offset testing. The two transformers need to be connected in series on their primary side, their secondary side is paralleled and loaded by the 0.5ohm non-inductive resistor load.
